It appears to be only a rumor, but earlier today, fans around Alaska were buzzing with the news that their 35-year old reliever John Sae had been asking for a trade. "I couldn't imagine him saying bad things about Alaska or wanting to leave." said one person.

 | Wednesday, September 19th, 2007: Alaska Befuddled by Caudell
Chris Caudell of the Boston Pilgrims was masterful today, pitching a 1-hit 7-0 shutout against the Alaska Pipeliners and giving his bullpen a rest by going the the distance.
According to his manager, "He had command of every ball and every pitch . . . great location, too." Caudell had 12 strikeouts and issued no walks in an impressive outing.
So far this season Caudell has 17 wins and 3 losses and a 2.36 ERA.

 | Thursday, September 13th, 2007: Alaska's Mack Asked for Trade. Fact or Fiction?
It is unknown at this time if there is any truth to the rumor that Alaska's Antwuan Mack has asked his team for a trade. Insiders indicate the left fielder may not be happy with the club management. So far, the team's owners have refused to comment.
